On a sunny day in March, I attended my first market, together with Suus from Atelier Sand. We had high expectations and were well-prepared, but unfortunately, the market wasn’t the right fit for us. Still, it turned out to be a lovely day; we were visited by some dear friends, which made the experience truly worthwhile.
What I found disappointing was how quickly cheap, useless items imported from China were sold, while we were offering handmade products with care and love. Some people walked by without even looking at us, muttering, "That's not cheap."
Despite this, it was a beautiful day filled with great encounters and valuable lessons. And we won’t give up—more markets are definitely ahead!
